Southern Essex County Condo Sales

Updated: Jan 9, 2018

Condo sales on the North Shore and Southern Essex County have increased over the last decade as more multi families turn to condos, and developers invest in new developments.

Condo Sales have increased slightly year-over-year (4%) but median sale price of condos on the North Shore and Southern Essex County have increased 9% as Boston’s city limits continue to expand North. Haverhill saw a 10% increase in median price YoY and a 17% increase in amount of sales YoY. Amesbury (18%) and Beverly (14%) also had notable condo growth as well, as all three towns invest in their downtown developments. Salem had the second highest amount of condo sales (380) but this was a decline of 14% year over year. This was due to a lack of inventory in Salem.
